Additional Charges

Delivery Time
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days via Yamato Transport
- Depending on order conditions, delays or split shipments may occur. In the case of out-of-stock items, we will notify you separately
- For Hokkaido and Okinawa, delivery may take 3–10 business days
International Shipping
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees will be added to the total amount
- Items are shipped via EMS or YAMATO (international courier)
- Japanese consumption tax (10%) is not applied. (Import duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival in the destination country)
Customs Duties
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be imposed upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs broker upon delivery.
As regulations vary by country, please contact your local customs office for further details.
For international orders, shipment will be made within approximately 7 days after order confirmation (contract formation).
Customs Duties and Refused Shipments
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
If the recipient refuses to pay such charges or fails to complete customs clearance, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, all incurred costs will be deducted from the refund amount, including but not limited to:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges
- Storage and handling fees charged by the carrier
Please note that these costs may be significant depending on the destination country and carrier regulations.
By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Returns Policy
Please check the condition of the product and confirm that it matches your order immediately after receiving it. We do not accept cancellations due to customer reasons (such as size mismatch, ordering mistakes, or differences in image).
In the event that a refund is issued due to changes or cancellations requested by the customer, payment processing fees (including credit card processing fees and other applicable charges) are non-refundable under any circumstances. The refund amount will be issued after deducting such fees.
This also applies in the case of re-payment. Any refund will be processed after deducting the applicable payment processing fees.
※ Depending on the product (such as knit materials or stretch fabrics), there may be slight measurement discrepancies (approximately 1–2 cm). Damage to the shoe box will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery at the time of arrival.
In such cases, please contact 082+ ONLINE STORE in advance via email (cs@082plus.com) and return the item. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if the returned item arrives within 7 days.
Even if unopened, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 7 days from delivery under any circumstances.
All of the following conditions must be met for returns or exchanges:
- The item must be unused (items without product tags will not be considered unused)
- All accessories, attachments, and invoices must be returned in the same condition as delivered
- Any other conditions specified separately by our company
Even within 7 days, returns (refunds) or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been used even once
- Items that are damaged or soiled due to customer negligence
- Items that have been modified, repaired, or cleaned by the customer
- Cases where the product packaging has been damaged, lost, or discarded
Due to differences in display environments, product colors may appear slightly different from the actual item. Such differences will not be treated as defects.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges (initial defects or incorrect delivery):
- If the delivered product differs from the order details
- If the product has initial defects (damage, scratches, stains)
All shipping costs for such returns/exchanges will be borne by our company.
※ If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
